Brodie Sward

Brodie is a driven sales and business development professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering real results. With a background in marketing and extensive experience managing high-volume territories, he combines data-driven insights with a practical, hands-on approach to help customers succeed and identify opportunities for growth.

Before joining LPI, Brodie spent six years in Business Development Manager roles within the FMCG industry, developing expertise in sales, account management, and market development. His ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and turn strategy into action has helped him achieve strong commercial outcomes in fast-paced and competitive environments.

Brodie holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Management), completed in 2019.

Outside of work, Brodie is a motorsport enthusiast and keen runner. He enjoys the challenge, focus, and discipline that both pursuits bring—qualities that also shape his approach to work and achieving goals.
