Nathan supports Lightning Protection International’s global sales operations, helping ensure customers receive responsive, accurate, and professional service at every stage of their journey. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, he plays an important role in turning sales opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Bringing more than 15 years of experience across retail, B2B sales, and national operations, Nathan combines a customer-first approach with strong attention to detail. He works closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and reliable outcomes.
Known for his proactive and solution-focused mindset, Nathan takes pride in supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring they receive the support and information they need along the way. His determination, ownership, and commitment to service excellence have made him a trusted member of the LPI sales team.
Outside of work, Nathan is a passionate foodie who enjoys discovering and sharing great dining experiences. He is also actively involved in the local community, dedicating his time to coaching junior and youth AFL teams, including those of his own children. Through his coaching, he demonstrates the same leadership, teamwork, and mentoring qualities that he brings to the workplace.
